Our honey is raw and unprocessed but has been strained to remove smaller wax and other particles. It contains all the healthy goodness you want from raw honey. Raw honey will not spoil and we suggest that you store it at room temperature. We have put the honey through a freezing/creaming process and the result is a lovely creamed texture!
